1. Double-sided boring machine: Double-sided boring machine, improves accuracy and consistency: It is mainly responsible for the post-welding boring of the boom arm and bucket to ensure the accuracy of the arm. Since the boring pin operations on both sides of the double-sided boring machine are carried out simultaneously, the processing accuracy and consistency of both sides can be guaranteed

2. Plasma cutting machine: It is mainly responsible for cutting steel plates. Plates with a thickness of less than 30mm are cut by plasma, and plates with a thickness of more than 30mm are cut by flame. The deformation of plasma cutting is 0.1mm. CNC plasma cutting ensures less deformation of material cutting.

3 Milling machine: responsible for milling wear-resistant blocks, positioning of pipe clamps, etc., used for boring holes. The product precision is strict, the drilling error is within 5-10um, and the precise and accurate design can make the force more balanced, thereby extending the service life.

4. Beveling machine: It is responsible for the beveling of the plate, which is the first process before welding. Mechanical beveling is used instead of flame beveling, and only 2mm plate thickness is reserved for beveling, so that the plate and welding material can be better welded. By beveling, the welding machine can penetrate the entire weld, and it is not easy to cause problems such as weld cracking.

5. Plate rolling machine: responsible for the arc bending of the bucket bottom plate, the arc rolling of the accessories, and the arc rolling of the upper and lower cover plates of the arm.

Lathe: It is responsible for the cutting role of the bushings of boom arm,bucket, generator and so on.
