How to Install an Excavator Telescopic Arm: Step-by-Step Guide 01 Should prepare these: Need 3 people : 1 as driver and 2 as install man Make sure the excavator have additional pipe line Need Tool: Internal and external plug(M26x1.5H type) 2 sets Internal and external plug(3/4 female type) 2 sets Internal and external plug(1”female type) 2 sets Internal and external plug(19 US flat cut type) 1 sets open spanner: 17-19、18-21、22-24、27-30、30-32(2 sets) 36-41(2 sets) Adjustable wrench:450#、300# double offset ring spanner: 18、21、22、24 Quick wrench and socket Flat-head screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver 10# T-bar, pliers, suspender, thick top bar for shaft, sledgehammer   02 Remove the hydraulic pressure need to turn off the excavator and Remove the pressure from the hydraulic line First (A button on the pressure valve removes the pressure from the tubing Force, if the relief valve does not work, you can remove the liquid Pressure can also be removed from the tank cap)     03 Install the telescopic arm   04 Install the pipe line     05 The telescopic arm already connected     06 Let`s see how to install the bidirectional foot switch Replace the foot pedal switch with Bidirectional     07 The bidirectional foot pedal switch consists of four connector: T, P, A1, and A2. .The T port should be connected to the T port of the excavator's travel valve using a three-way joint to separate the oil flow. Similarly, the P port should be connected to the P port of the travel valve using a three-way connector for oil separation. Finally, the A1 and A2 connectors should be connected to the pilot control connector of the distribution valve.       08 Travel Valve Remove the rubber pad located on the cab floor to reveal the designated installation opening for the bidirectional foot pedal switch. Typically, this opening is situated on the right side of the cab. Find the T port and P port of the travel valve, which corresponds to the T port and P port connected to the foot pedal.   09 link pipe A1 and A2 are connected to the distribution valve. To locate the distribution valve, follow the breaker pipeline and observe where it connects to the distribution valve. Look for joint positions on both sides of the connection or at the corresponding middle position, where the valve covers are visible. Connect A1 and A2 to these two positions respectively. Find corresponding valve covers. The valve cover of the oil inlet pipe is typically connected to A1, while the valve cover of the oil return pipe is connected to A2.
